Our History
Established in 1992 with headquarters in Miami, FL, USA. Development Representative of PROMUS HOTEL CORPORATION (Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn) from 1992 until 2000.
IPH performed Development and implemented operations of first-class hotels in Latin-America and Caribbean under international Franchise Licenses. Today IPH is approved hotel operator by Hilton Hotel Corp., Marriott International, Radisson Hotels, Wyndham Hotels, Holiday Inn by Intercontinental Hotels and operates luxury non branded Hotels and Resorts. In 2001 launches its own Franchise system under the brand Eco-Inn Hotels and Resorts.

Our CEO - Klaus Moser
A native of Germany with more than 40 years of experience and a long journey in the world hotel industry.
Since 1964 in the hotel industry, Klaus began his career as an apprentice in the kitchen in Germany, obtaining professional experience in several first-class hotels in Germany and Switzerland as Sous-chef in Ouro Verde Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he became the Executive Chef at Luxury Crillon Hotel in Lima, Peru. In 1967 he was transferred to open the Camino Real Hotel (750 rooms) in Mexico City, this time as the Executive Chef. Later he was hired by Marriott Hotels Corporation in 1969 as the Executive Chef at the new Paradise Marriott Hotel (500 rooms) in Acapulco, during this time Klaus initiated an international cuisine life programme in the television Channel 4 in Mexico, which lasted for a long period, After Mexico Mr. Moser participated in the opening of several Marriott hotels in the USA as “Task Force”.
In 1973 he makes his first debut as General Manager at the great Marriott Palmas del Mar Hotel (700-rooms) in Puerto Rico, with great achievements and success, Klaus was temporary changed to the main offices of Marriott in Washington D.C. to be appointed later on as Director of Operations in Peru. In 1977 his career shift completely and decided to take a big challenge with Holiday Inn Hotels Inc. as Director of Franchise and Development. In 1978 he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Latin America and the Caribbean, with responsibility over 73 hotels.
After many years, in 1983 Klaus decided to start his own business in Miami operating 4 restaurants, an Airport Hotel and a Multi-use building in Coconut Grove. In 1992 he accepted to work for Interamerican Promo Hotels as President & CEO to be the representative of Promus Hotel Corporation for Latin America, (Embassy Suites & Hampton Inn), in the year 2000, finally Klaus developed and formed his own brand-named Eco Inn Hotels and Resorts, with portfolio of hotels in Latin America and Caribbean.
